Tires Plus

I’ve trusted Tire Plus with all of my vehicles for years. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had. On a previous visit, they left the engine cover loose, it fell off while I was driving, and they refused to take responsibility. Now I’m being charged for damage that likely happened while they were servicing my car, and once again they won’t stand behind their work. The manager, Franklin, showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of helping, he became defensive and dismissive. Extremely disappointed. I will never be back.

I had an outstanding experience at Tires Plus in Alpharetta! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Jamie was incredibly helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. I highly recommend Tires Plus in Alpharetta, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Jamie. His expertise and customer service are second to none!

I have been a loyal Tires Plus customer for many years! We always receive exceptional service and quality workmanship. The staff is helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. My recent visit exemplifies exactly why we keep coming back – Jayme Parrish, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I received my tire rebate from Firestone. He actually helped my wife submit the online rebate and tracked it for weeks. When Firestone said they had no record of the rebate, Jayme followed up with them. In the end, he used local store funds to make sure his customer was taken care of! This is a great manager and a person of integrity. Jayme is a stand-up guy who treats his customers well. The entire operation is top-notch!

My experience with Tires Plus in Alpharetta was beyond exceptional this visit. I encountered road debris Friday morning that disabled two rear tires on my Chevy Silverado 3500 HD Dually. I called Tires Plus and spoke with Jaime. Jaime indicated that he could get me 2 new tires within 2 hours and have me going again by the end of the day. A more than reasonable timeline! Once the wrecker arrived with my truck, I checked in with Chris. Chris was courteous and handled my paper work flawlessly. Thank you! Jaime, Chris, and their team did exactly what they said they would do. I am grateful for that. The next time I need Tires Plus Services… I will look to Jaime, Chris, and their team to get it done in the same manner they did this week . THANK YOU to Jaime and Chris! Great work!!
